Who We Are?

Japan has been manufacturing amazing adventure vehicles since the introduction of the Toyota Landcruiser back in 1951. The Land Cruiser almost immediately became synonymous with ruggedness and reliability and helped launch Toyota’s steadfast reputation of vehicles built to last. Then with examples introduced by Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Isuzu the choice for the next fuel efficient off-road capable family-mobile became quite a challenge in Japan. Why North America was made to suffer with our rear wheel drive gas guzzling vans during the 80’a and 90’s is still a mystery.

Japan based JRT Trading has been exporting JDM vehicles since 2003 and while we truly appreciate and enjoy sourcing any JDM your heart desires, our love for the great outdoors and quality of Toyota has led us to carrying a small inventory of 4wd vans and Land Cruisers here in Japan ready for export.

We can buy direct from auctions across Japan and send as is or we can go the extra mile and have the vehicle completely gone through before it ships.
